We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to advance digital transformation projects for Singaporean government agencies!

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activities for digital service project.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
- Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for internet-facing system, mobile app, and intranet, including problem management and service requests.
- Work with vendors to understand and troubleshoot technical problems and monitor SLAs.
Job Requirements:
- Immediate starter is preferred.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
- Experience in cloud (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in programming (VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, ReactNative, etc.) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in requirement gathering, application testing and problem management
