Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team and lead critical initiatives in optimizing Workday Global Time Tracking and related solutions for our projects. This role is central to defining opportunities for business transformation, driving solution design, and delivering measurable value through effective implementation of Workday capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct current state assessments to identify high-level customer requirements and business opportunities.
· Define business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities, aligning them with strategic objectives.
· Develop and present comprehensive business cases to support proposed solutions.
· Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, analyse needs, and define innovative solutions for Workday Global Time Tracking functionality.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with performance, scalability, and security objectives.
· Provide expert guidance to the team on resolving complex issues related to Workday Global Time Tracking and Workday Global Absence.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications:
· Advanced proficiency in Workday Global Time Tracking.
· Advanced proficiency in Workday Global Absence.
Certifications in the following:
· Workday Absence and Leave Certification
· Workday HCM Certification
· Workday Time Tracking Certification
Preferred Skills:
· Master-level proficiency in Workday Reporting (optional but advantageous).
