Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SAP technical projects, including S4 HANA migrations, system upgrades, and cloud adoptions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and vendors to validate and implement SAP solutions, including using SAP RISE platform
- Conduct technical assessments, analyze hardware configurations, and perform sizing for landscapes.
- Lead system migrations, database upgrades, and the implementation of SAP solutions, including Fiori, Process Integration, and Enterprise Portal.
- Drive automation initiatives for SAP processes such as job management and authorization workflows.
- Facilitate SAP landscape optimization and reduce operational disruptions through proactive monitoring and upgrades.
- Manage incidents, change requests, and ongoing SAP system maintenance in compliance with SLAs.
- Perform internal and external audits of SAP business processes and ensure disaster recovery (DR) preparedness as part of Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and SAP support for seamless service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates through regular meetings.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and maintain collaboration among global and local teams.
- Partner with IT and business units to align SAP projects with broader organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and service delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Expertise in SAP products including ECC, S/4HANA, Business Intelligence, Process Integration, Enterprise Portal, and Fiori.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL).
- Strong background in automation tools (e.g., UC4/Atomic, SCOM) and proactive system monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAP RISE Platform
- Hands-on experience with SAP migrations, Unicode conversion, and database compression.
- Familiarity with secure SAP login (SNC with SSO) and SAP authorization processes.
- Project management (PMP certification preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership abilities in customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in SAP service delivery, change management, and transport management.
