Job Responsibilities:
- The role involves modernizing and transforming HR and Payroll (HRP) processes as part of a Whole-of-Government (WOG) HRP system using SAP. The jobholder will work with public service agencies and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain effective system and policy solutions, driving productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Key Responsibilities
- Translate policy objectives into practical SAP solutions and optimize HRP processes for efficient implementation.
- Enhance and maintain the system to ensure responsive and effective HR functionality.
- Integrate user experience (UX) requirements into SAP system design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a change management plan for a smooth transition to the new HRP system.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance HR processes.
Job Requirements
- GCE A/Diploma/ Degree holder with 2 years of working experience
- Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems
- Experience in executing HR transactions in SAP/Workday or similar HRIS
- Experience in Shared Services will be advantageous
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details
- Good project management skills and strive to deliver on time.
- Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships
- Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Excel, SAP HCM (ECC or HANA) is preferred
