Key responsibilities:
- Leverages comprehensive supply chain expertise and customer service professionalism to cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across all involved teams.
- Oversees the full cycle of customer purchase order management, from booking to successful shipment execution.
- Resolves critical customer concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining high standards in issue management.
- Establishes and refines customer service processes, including SOPs and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Supports division revenue targets by thoroughly managing backorders, applying deep business insights to drive results.
- Compiles and delivers weekly reports, using data analysis to diagnose issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Acts as the primary contact for high-priority cases, coordinating seamlessly with manufacturing, commercial, finance, and other teams to ensure optimal customer support.
- Leads a high-achieving customer service team, fostering growth and commitment to excellence.
- Champions a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and continuous professional development within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel and Data analytics
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
