Responsibilities:
- Plan construction schedules and coordinate activities to meet project timelines.
- Monitor and report on-site and off-site progress, preparing regular updates for consultants and clients.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E details.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Organize site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings with relevant personnel.
- Attend meetings with clients and prepare necessary submissions (e.g., RFIs, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings).
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in infrastructural or marine construction.
- Preferred experience in dredging, reclamation, or nearshore construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
