Overview

To lead and manage a team to functional Screening Operations. The role includes but not limited to: ensure smooth running of operations at Functional Screening events, monitor and track programme KPIs to ensure KPIs are achieved, review and update policy on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement health screening events calendar to meet annual target.
  2. Ensure programme KPIs, service standards and operational targets are met.
  3. Events are carried out efficiently and within timeline.
  4. Workflows are reviewed, documented and communicated to all stakeholders within timeline. All workflows are carried out according to guidelines, standards and policies.
  5. Adverse events are attended to promptly and followed through according to guidelines, standards and policies.
  6. Manage the resources and improve processes to deliver the KPIs of the programme.
  7. Ensure the internal policy and procedures are properly documented.
  8. Ensure follow up of functional screening (L2) within the target timeline.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely submission of data to MOH.
  10. Maintain the health screening database.
  11. Analyse the screening and follow up data.
  12. Engage and ensure team members are guided to deliver the desired team results.
  13. Carry out projects/assignments as and when assigned to deliver expected results of projects/assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
