Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the digitization program, including planning, executing, and managing digitization tasks.
  • Compile file listings to support the digitization process and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Prepare templates for record appraisal and documentation purposes.
  • Perform quality checks on digitized files to maintain accuracy and standards.
  • Supervise and manage the digitization team, assigning tasks and ensuring deliverables align with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with divisions on registry matters and related projects.
  • Provide progress reports and track project milestones effectively.
  • Support additional registry initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in digitisation, supervisory, and record management would be advantageous.
  • Minimum Diploma holders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices.
