Work Week: 5 days
Location: Clementi
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer core system like Active Directory Services, Data Centre and server storage
- Manage communication tools like video conferencing, audio systems and telephony
- Configure and maintain network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPN and etc
- Ensure systems are backed up automatically and create disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system resources (CPU, storage) and apply patches
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
- Write and update user guides and administration manuals
- Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas (via LAN/WAN)
- Provide L1/L2 support in IT projects
- Other IT related duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
- Familiar with internet architecture designs (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall)
- Preferably with experience of Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux
- Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller would be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking overseas counterparts
