Overview
As IT Assistant, you will assist the Manager, Service Support in managing and maintaining key software systems, including erpbos® , ebos® , profit Software from Progress Group, Hubble Build Software & etc. Additionally, the candidate will assist the IT Technical Executive (Assistant / Senior) with various IT tasks and provide technical support to staff. You are to adhere to Greyform Integrated Management System (IMS) and compliance to applicable Singapore Standards, Code of Practices and Regulations in the Industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ERP systems (e rpbos® , ebos® , profit) from Progress Group.
- Administer Hubble Build software, ensuring smooth operation and integration with other systems.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting for all managed software.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all platforms.
- Assist the IT Technical Executive (Assistant / Senior) with daily tasks and projects.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure new hardware and software as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of e rpbos® , ebos® , profit Software, Hubble Build Software & etc.
- Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data.
- Perform regular system audits and generate reports for management.
- Track areas of weaknesses for improvement on efficiency, availability, and functionality to all related services.
- Participate in Budget Planning.
- Authorize to stop operation if conditions are out of safety measures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager / personnel.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience in software administration, particularly with the specified systems.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining ERP systems.
- Strong IT systems, networks, and hardware knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user manuals.
- Commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 standards, Singapore Standards and Regulations will be an advantage.
