- Processing of invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring precision
- Review staff travel and entertainment claims to verify compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure proper coding of GL accounts, VAT, and segments in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the procure-to-pay process adheres to local documentation requirements.
- Assist with month-end and intra-month accounting tasks, including fixed assets, bank reconciliations, intercompany transfers, accruals, and prepayments, while coordinating with global Accounts Payable teams in EMEA and the US.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of accounts payable operations.
- Ad-hoc calls with regional team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Acocunts Payable
- Open to take occasional night calls
