- Operational Support: Provide consistently stellar operational support for equity swaps, equity executions, and equity derivative products.
- Trade Capture and Reconciliation: Manage trade capture, reconciliations, lifecycle management, and corporate actions for listed and OTC equity/equity derivative products.
- Sales and Trading Desk Support: Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries from the Sales and Trading Desks.
- Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide timely resolutions to client issues and breaks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders both within operations and outside of operations, including compliance, credit, sales, trading, legal, risk, and technology.
- Process Improvement: Exhibit proactivity to improve processes and enhance controls to mitigate operational risk to the firm.
- Team Contribution: Be a strong individual contributor while actively participating as a team player to achieve collective goals.
- Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects and liaise with both internal and external counterparts in different regions.
