Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue for our real estate projects.
- Identify target markets and demographics, conduct market research, and analyse market trends, pricing strategies, competitors’ sales and marketing activities, to tailor to our overall sales & marketing strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with project objectives.
- Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website development, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and engage with customers.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and performance.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities that are in line with the overall sales & marketing plan.
- Oversee product sales launch matters, which included sales gallery, liaising with marketing agencies, monitoring of progress of sales, handle after-sales administration, implementation of sales documents, monitor and manage expenditures against the approved budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles of at least 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity, within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property development processes, and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
