Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated non-nursing staff to deliver exceptional services across various service points.
- Oversee staff induction, orientation, and training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
- Take charge of recruitment and retention efforts to build a stable, skilled, and motivated workforce that meets organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Act as a key communication bridge between staff and management, ensuring timely information sharing, effective issue resolution, and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in committees and contribute to special projects, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff.
- Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
