Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Credit Control Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end legal process for debt collection
- Ensure timely and effective collection of all customer payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers.
- Coordinate with legal representatives to follow up on actions taken against overdue accounts.
- Liaise with repossession agents to manage repossessed assets.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure outstanding balances are addressed and cleared.
- Resolve internal and external queries related to customers' outstanding balances.
- Process and allocate daily receipts in the accounting system accurately.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related role.
- Provide sound advice on appropriate legal actions at various stages of debt recovery.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, both internally and externally, across all levels.
- Reconcile complex financial accounts with a keen attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + VB (2-3 Months)
- Working Location: Newton
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
