Job Description:
- Lead and support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within timeline and budget.
- Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
- Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, final accounts.
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments.
- Evaluation of price comparison and project costing summary.
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Holds a degree certificate.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills
