Our client is a well-established food and beverage company.
- Lead and guide Senior/Foodcourt Managers and F&B Supervisors to achieve sales targets, maintain smooth daily operations, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational workflows.
- Manage relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants, handle lease renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely rental collection.
- Oversee financial and operational performance, manage budgets, and propose activities to improve sales, while providing regular performance and financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, service, and quality, conduct regular checks, and provide feedback to improve service and operational excellence across food stalls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in F&B/Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in managing foodcourt operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Possess Class 3 License
