- Plan, lead, and monitor progress and performance against the project plan, managing day-to-day operations including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
- Manage project costs within approved budgets, including materials, manpower, and machinery cost control for new and ongoing projects.
- Play a key role in the conceptual development of various construction projects, overseeing organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and all stakeholders to minimize errors and ensure smooth project completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and developers to resolve site issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
- Issue timely instructions to address delays or emergencies at construction sites.
- Review manpower planning and work schedules to ensure smooth operation and effective delegation of tasks, while enforcing safe and economical methodologies and project standards.
