Role Overview:


As part of our regional growth strategy, we are expanding our marketing function to implement a best-in-industry marketing strategy. We are seeking a high-energy, passionate individual with over 10 years of experience in marketing, particularly in content marketing, partner marketing, event organisation, and exposure to PR and media. You will be reporting directly to the Asia CEO.


Key Objectives:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute high-profile events that enhance our brand presence and foster connections within the industry. This includes coordinating logistics, promoting events, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Public Relations and Media Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets to enhance our brand visibility. Strategically manage press releases and media communications to highlight our achievements and thought leadership
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations in the talent ecosystem-including government agencies, chambers of commerce, and third-party partners-ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with practice leaders across Financial Services, Governance, Technology, Industrial, Life Sciences, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Insurance to transform research and insights into compelling content that drives top-of-funnel leads. This includes creating Salary Guides, brochures, pitch decks, and promotional materials that effectively engage our diverse audiences.
  • Digital and Content Marketing Mastery: Drive the creation and distribution of high-quality content across our owned platforms, including our website, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools and trends to ensure efficient and impactful content dissemination.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Working Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on content marketing, partner marketing, event organisation, and public relations.
  • Experience managing a small team of 2+ employees before.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with various stakeholders. Public speaking experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Design Skills: Understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and experience with video editing is preferred.
