Job Scope:
- Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals
- Oversee resource allocation and performance management
- Plan, execute, and manage engineering projects within budget and timeline
- Provide technical guidance and ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Implement process improvements and promote best practices
- Develop and manage engineering budgets and optimize resource use
- Communicate project status and risks to senior management
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation and align engineering strategies with company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred)
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of pyrolysis, syngas, and biochar (preferred)
- Hands-on, with ability to operate and fix systems
- Proficient in simulation using Aspen HYSYS
- Experience in setting up or running a plant (preferred)
