Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide in-house IT support with a focus on SAP and related systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot SuccessFactor and Concur applications.
- Serve as a liaison between business users to define requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , SAP ECC Payroll and integration with SAP ECC.
- Oversee integration with external systems like medical claim systems, ServiceNow, etc.
- Define business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements.
- Identify breakdowns in technology and business processes.
- Understand the processes and specifications of each assigned system
- Engage and collaborate with technical teams across projects.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
- Prepare requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), use cases, and business process recommendations.
- Perform configurations and customization in the system and updates relevant documentation as per user’s requirement and process.
- Communicate clearly, concisely and confidently with project team members and the business users, both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to SuccessFactors and Concur.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor activities related to IT support and change requests.
Requirements
- The candidate should process at least a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Equivalent.
- Have experience in all phases of system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live).
- At least 7 years SuccessFactors experience with minimum 1 full cycle in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Concur with good work experience in managing systems releases, instance strategy, data security, change/release management, tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (including CPI) and related technical integration components such as SCC, Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC HCM, Concur, Integration Centre.
- Knowledge in SAP ECC and/or S/4 Hana HCM-Payroll.
- Experience in developing BTP application, SAP UI5 and/or HTML5.
- Experience in cloud technology and mobile applications.
- SAP SF certification is not required but would be a plus.
- Experience in payroll migration from SAP ECC to S4/HANA or another platform would be a plus
- Ability to advise customer process improvement.
- Strong vendor management skills, including overseeing vendor relationships and activities.
