Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, and related matters.
- Oversee submission of tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date financial analysis and reporting.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese preferred to deal Chinese content materials;
