Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.


Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management;
  • At least 3 years of experience working on KYC/AML or CLM systems in the banking or financial services sector;
  • Familiarity with KYC Customer Lifecycle Management in a bank;
  • Strong understanding of databases, integration techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools;
  • Manage complex, large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Desired Skill-set

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects related to KYC and CLM systems;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project goals and timelines are met;
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and issue resolution;
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts (SMEs);
  • Ensure that KYC and CLM system implementations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Develop risk management strategies and provide solutions for any challenges encountered during the project lifecycle;
  • Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance of all system updates, ensuring they meet business requirements and regulatory compliance;
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and lessons learned;
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.
