- Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaising with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews, maintenance of customer records and files
- Ensure documentation is complete and that all approvals, facility and security documents are in place at all times.
- Follow up on submission of clients’ financials for spreading, and assist Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit application / review
- Preparation of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions
- Follow up on submission of periodic documents (eg. insurance policies, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist Relationship Managers to address queries on such documents
- Additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting Relationship Managers and team in sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment
- Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Service-oriented and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
