- Support on Wintel & virtualization infrastructure.
- Act as a focal point for assigned systems related queries and issues
- Attend to system faults promptly and rectify them within defined SLAs & KPIs
- Server administration such as Active Directory, DNS, Databases, IIS security configuration and patching, and Backup/Restore
- Troubleshooting of VMWare, MS Windows technologies, AD, clustering and MS NLB (Network Load Balancing) especially troubleshooting.
- Experience or working knowledge of Disaster Recovery technologies helpful.
- Billingual on Wintel/Linux/Solaris
