# Corporate Sales Support:
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients for partnerships, bulk orders, and event services. Assist in expanding the corporate client base and enhancing sales opportunities.
# Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients by providing top-tier customer service and ensuring their needs are consistently met to foster long-term business relationships.
# Proposal Development:
- Assist in crafting customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients. This includes developing pricing models, menu options, and tailored service offerings to suit client requirements.
# Event Planning & Coordination:
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, including bubble tea live stations and pop-up events. Ensure smooth execution of all logistical aspects and client satisfaction.
# On-Site Event Support:
- Provide hands-on support during events, including setup, working with the operations team, and ensuring client expectations are met for seamless on-site execution.
# Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for corporate sales and events. Assist with campaigns across social media, email, and other channels to increase event visibility.
# Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate sales leads and event clients. Track communication, bookings, and client feedback to ensure follow-ups and improvements in service.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales, client relations, or event planning is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, particularly marketing and operations, to ensure the success of corporate events and client satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving challenges and meeting client needs with a focus on service excellence.
