In this position as a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to participate in RFPs and closure of new business through the various distribution channels such as Brokers, FAs and Direct channel. The ideal incumbent is expected to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders which includes clients, intermediaries, business partners.
You will provide support to the Team Lead in developing value propositions and engagement activities to increase pooling sales opportunities and work with clients and intermediaries on the desired plan design program taking into consideration the operational aspects.
** Involved in new business acquisition (Corporate clients)

Skills & experience required
- 3+ years of business development experience in Group insurance/employee benefits
- Experience with life insurer preferred
- Equipped with HI, M5, M9 (Good to have but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance
- Results Oriented/Goals Driven with good communication skills
- Team player with positive work
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
