Job Responsibilities and Duties
Wholesales
- Develop strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and guide team members on future actions.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for the organization, aiming to create new opportunities.
- Foster teamwork to ensure the team works cohesively towards a common goal.
- Ensure the team meets desired results.
- Determines annual SG Sales and gross-profit plans (profits).
- Implements SG sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
Leadership
- Oversee the operations of Production, QA/QC, Wellaway and Wholesales team.
- Monitor and ensure overall team productivity and performance.
- Provides leadership, support and guidance to respective departments.
- Ensures strong communication between team leads by conducting communication sessions and ensuring proper dissemination of information to employees.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree in business, marketing or any discipline.
- 10 years and above relevant experience within the sales and marketing.
- Exposure in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Good leadership and coaching skills.
- Good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
