Key Performance Indicators

Wholesales

  • Achieve the Sales Objective for the Wholesales Team
  • Increase in sales revenue and profit margin
  • Increase in customer base SG
  • Meeting the sales target set
  • Maintaining and improving relationship with the customers

Operations

  • Manage Production, QA/QC & Wellaway team

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Wholesales

  • Develop strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and guide team members on future actions.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads for the organization, aiming to create new opportunities.
  • Foster teamwork to ensure the team works cohesively towards a common goal.
  • Ensure the team meets desired results.
  • Determines annual SG Sales and gross-profit plans (profits).
  • Implements SG sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.

Leadership

  • Oversee the operations of Production, QA/QC, Wellaway and Wholesales team.
  • Monitor and ensure overall team productivity and performance.
  • Provides leadership, support and guidance to respective departments.
  • Ensures strong communication between team leads by conducting communication sessions and ensuring proper dissemination of information to employees.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Degree in business, marketing or any discipline.
  • 10 years and above relevant experience within the sales and marketing.
  • Exposure in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Good leadership and coaching skills.
  • Good teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Possess good communication skills (internal and external).
  • Persuasive aptitude.

  • Good understanding of market trends.
