We are seeking a Bank Officer for Direct Sales Operations, this is for our client, a financial services institution with 40+ million customers. This role involves managing submissions related to retail products, ensuring seamless daily operations, and providing performance and sales-related insights through comprehensive reporting.
Work Location: MYP Centre
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract: 5-6 months - renewable!
Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation and data entry tasks efficiently to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Monitor daily sales applications and outcomes, preparing detailed reports for management analysis.
- Conduct necessary screening procedures to ensure compliance with established Group standards and controls.
- Provide administrative and operational support to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Consistently maintain a high standard of work with minimal errors.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly, including documentation verification, data processing, tracking, and report submissions.
- Ensure full compliance with the Group’s controls and operational standards.
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Diploma / GCE 'O'/'A' Level, with 2-3 years of experience in a support or operations role.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Strong multitasking ability and meticulous attention to detail.
