Job Description:
- Oversee full-set HR and finance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a team of fewer than 30 headcounts (HCs), including timely and accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to assess business performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present financial charts and reports to senior management, identifying key financial indicators and actionable insights.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of company accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and optimize internal controls and financial processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with budget planning and cost control, providing financial guidance and support to various departments.
- Handle tax filings, including corporate tax and employee tax obligations, ensuring timely compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and working with auditors to complete financial audits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to payroll, employee benefits, and financial processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee leave, attendance, and other HR-related financial data.
- Advise management on financial implications of business decisions, including budgeting, hiring, and compensation.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners (e.g., auditors, tax advisors) and internal stakeholders to enhance financial and HR performance.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, labor laws, and financial reporting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, payroll management, and finance operations.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficient in financial software and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
