Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into technical solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Design solutions: Design solutions for data and process integrations, identity and access, and large data volumes.
- Lead projects: Guide projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
- Provide technical guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to client implementations.
- Build proofs-of-concept: Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) that teams can iterate on.
- Escalate issues: Act as the final escalation point for production issues.
- Build buy-in: Influence others to build buy-in for new solutions.
Requirement:
- 10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
- Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- 10+ years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems.
- 8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP).
- Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing.
- Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development.
- Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, appexchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
- Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce.
- Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Must have an extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
- Must have 12+ years' experience in developing technology solutions.
