Assistant Supervisor Job Description

  • Ensure high standards of service and operations at all times.
  • Brew beverages following in-house recipes to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure beverages meet the recipe and taste expectations.
  • Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational needs.
  • Source, hire, and train new staff for the outlet.
  • Manage inventory to ensure enough stock to meet daily sales targets.
  • Handle outlet transactions (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately and securely.
  • Monitor and manage outlet costs (raw materials, staffing, utilities) to meet profitability goals.
  • Ensure all staff follow outlet operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good condition; arrange for maintenance if needed.
  • Participate in operational tasks, including beverage preparation, cashier duties, and other relevant tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM certification.
  • 3 years of experience in F&B outlet management.
  • Team player, able to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operations.
  • Self-motivated to keep skills and knowledge up to date.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Own transportation and willing to travel.

Benefits:

  • Sales Target Commission
  • Attendance Allowance:

Basic salary: RM2400 /month

Attendance Allowance: RM400 /month

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
