Responsibilities:
- Maintain close coordination and follow-up on incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries with suppliers, forwarders, and internal/external customers.
- Communicate with forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
- Manage warehouse operations.
- Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, invoice generation, and billing follow-up.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, report generation, and documentation.
- Create Non-Stock Purchase Orders.
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
