Information
- Salary range: $2,500 - $3,500
- Mon-Fri, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements.
- Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system.
- Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors.
- Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery.
- Work with sub-contractors for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met.
- Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly.
- Prepare Project Schedule for internal and external reporting.
- Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management
- Good work attitude and strong problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
