Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations at multiple centers, ensuring seamless delivery of classes and activities.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Customer Engagement: Address inquiries and concerns from parents promptly, delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Drive enrollment and participation by implementing targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Facility Oversight: Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped facilities conducive to learning and play.
- Resource Management: Plan class schedules, allocate manpower, and manage budgets effectively.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations align with regulatory guidelines and the company’s values.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably in education or enrichment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Passion for working with children and understanding their development needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Hours
- 6-day work week (Weekends included):Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1-hour lunch break daily.
