The Executive Assistant will provide essential support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing budget reports. This role is vital for ensuring effective communication and smooth operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:Act as the main point of contact between executives and clients.
Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle inquiries and correspondence professionally.
- Budget and Reporting:Prepare and submit budget reports, tracking expenses.
Gather financial data for reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
Create presentations and updates on the business unit’s performance.
- Meeting Coordination:Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
Arrange logistics for meetings and events.
- Communication and Correspondence:Manage phone calls, emails, and messages for executives.
Draft and edit reports and communications.
- Documentation and Filing:Maintain an efficient filing system for important records.
Manage office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- General Administrative Tasks:Assist in preparing briefing documents and reports.
Submit expense reports and timesheets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience in preparing budget reports and presenting updates.
