BIM Coordinator
Job Description
- Create project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Develop project workflows across all phases of the project.
- Set up BIM projects and manage them throughout their duration.
- Coordinate site activities effectively.
- Prepare and update Revit models, including coordination drawings.
- Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings as well as as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data transfer.
Job Requirements
- Hold a BIM certification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Autodesk Revit modelling.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong IT skills with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with implementing BIM processes in large construction projects from tender through to completion is an advantage.
