Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Proactively organize, update, and manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring that key meetings, events, and deadlines are prioritized.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, arrange follow-ups, and facilitate engagements, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Claims Processing: Prepare and manage expense reports and claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma in relavant field
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
