Job Title: HR cum Admin Assistant (ID4642)
Location: Tuas Crescent ( walk distance 5minute can reach company)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm.
Salary: $2400-$2800
Job Description
• Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, p-files and other HR-related information
• Assist on the necessary for a smooth onboarding for new hires including preparing workstation, stationery, uniforms and PPE if applicable, etc
• Provide administrative support for work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations
• Put up and maintain job postings on various platforms
• Take on the role of training coordinator and administer training for employees, such as following up on course approval, registration, after-training evaluation, etc and maintain up-to-date training forms/ records
• Take on the role of approver and ensure drivers’ trip claims are correct prior to approving them
• Plan, coordinate and organise, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, company events, etc
• Manage the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, water dispensers, etc
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
• GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience
