Duration: 1 year contract

Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining outreach databases and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and publicity efforts for outreach events, workshops, and community programs.
- Build and maintain a photo repository of outreach events, capturing and organising photos for future use in promotional materials and reports.
- Produce post-event reports to keep Management informed about outreach efforts and results.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interest in community outreach and event planning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in promotional activities and video editing is an advantage
