Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily IT operations, including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of hardware and software applications, computer hardware, data network equipment, copiers, phone PBX systems, CCTV systems, and security alarms.
- Assess systems and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by users with hardware, software, or networks.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of the network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cyber threats.
- Administer and optimize ERP systems, understanding the company's business process flow, and collaborating with departments to enhance the ERP system as needed. Integrate with the Intranet to ensure smooth data flow.
- Analyze and understand company needs for hardware and software, provide technical support to related departments, and suggest and implement necessary upgrades.
- Analyze databases within application areas to optimize performance through software updates and the integration of new technologies.
- Gather requirements, analyze, design, and develop integration solutions and APIs, creating workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support and managing Microsoft server infrastructure and Hyper-V.
- Professional certifications (administration/support) in Microsoft 365, Business Central Dynamics 365, Power BI, SAP, SQL, or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security technologies.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
