RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the development of new products and the assurance of current products that are robust, reliable, top quality, with delightful customer experience in product usage.
- Define, develop, and contribute to innovation projects, including:
- New product development
- Introduce or evolve product test methods
- Conduct field studies and experiments
- Develop and prove the hypothesis with correlation studies/experiments
- Process digitalization and automation
- Data analytics and visualization
- Provide training to MPa or test partners to facilitate PQC (Pre-Qual check), SNV (Safety net validation), and System testing, as well as technical support if needed.
- Requirements of analysis; test planning, execution (functional & integration test for both apps and software), and reporting.
- A validation system was developed to assess the design holistically through the customers' lens.
- Conduct gamma testing on products nearing release, following defined test plans and scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure issues are understood and resolved effectively.
- Other duties that may be determined by Management.
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Computing, or any field of Engineering with programming/scripting skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability testing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with electrical test equipment and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
