Responsibilities
- Provide overall HR and administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlising, arranging interview to coordination of job offers.
- Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for the company.
- Performance management.
- Verify employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist in processing of employee and statutory claims.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems.
- Identify learning needs for designated business units and individual training plan.
- Skill competency frameworks.
- Payroll processing support and cover.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years of HR & Administration experience
