Responsibilities
- Lead and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, allocating resources, and ensuring timely job execution.
- Troubleshoot critical plant issues, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement plant improvements to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Develop maintenance procedures, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of all maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety initiatives and the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), with training provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Chemical Plant, Power Plant environment, or the oil & gas industry.
- Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, preferably from the waste management industry, though candidates from petrochemical or process plant settings are also welcome.
