Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery, installation, and setup of bag-making machines at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct client training sessions on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing support by addressing inquiries, offering effective solutions, and performing routine maintenance to ensure long-term machine performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team in Japan to resolve complex technical issues and relay customer feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
- Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery is a plus.
