Responsibilities
- Lead the new product introduction process, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline targets are met from part design to mass production.
- Drive cost management activities, including negotiation, identifying cost drivers, and supporting supplier terms and pricing negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure product availability, compliance, sustainability, and minimize obsolescence risks.
- Manage supplier relationships, including new component releases, and work on special projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Able to travel frequently, entertain customers, and visit suppliers.
- Prior procurement experience with electromechanical components for medical device manufacturing is a plus.
