We are looking for a highly skilled Fixed Network Solution Managerto lead the planning, design, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions in the telecom industry. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, technical proposal creation, and customer relationship management. You will also drive strategic decisions and work closely with customers and vendors to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with company goals
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical planning of fixed network solutions to meet diverse customer needs, focusing on functionality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business, engage in pre-sales activities, and drive the sales funnel through technical guidance
- Oversee solution integration from concept to deployment, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and meet the customer’s operational requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, working closely with CXOs and technical teams to deliver bespoke solutions and foster long-term partnerships
- Conduct workshops, offer consultations, and provide strategic advice to clients on evolving network infrastructures and future-proof solutions
- Work with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to address technical challenges, track project progress, and ensure successful service delivery
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets while delivering solutions that align with customer expectations
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure with a strong focus on fixed network solutions such as SDN, PON, DWDM, routing protocols, and network design
- Hands-on experience in network architecture design, including high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD)
- Proven track record in leading projects, managing client expectations, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope
- Experience working directly with network vendors and/or operators to implement large-scale solutions
- Understanding of 5G technologies and their integration into fixed network infrastructure
- Solid experience in pre-sales support, preparing technical proposals, and managing the bidding process
