Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, collaborate with internal teams (such as AV Designer, Drafter, Engineer, Site Engineer, and Safety Officer) and external stakeholders (including Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers).
- Review schematic designs and construction drawings to create AV construction plans.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, order changes, and the Bill of Materials.
- Manage client expectations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Plan, organize, and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, overseeing the implementation of Audio Visual solutions for construction or A&A projects.
- Proficient in interpreting construction and AV schematic drawings.
- Capable of producing AV construction drawings.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
