We are seeking an experienced Vertical Solution Architect (VSE) to lead the design and implementation of ICT infrastructure solutions tailored to specific industry verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that meet customer requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, security, and high availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture for complex ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet customer needs for performance, scalability, security, and availability
- Oversee the integration and service delivery for specific sector presales leads and projects, including account insights, solution design, planning, implementation, and service migration
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level customer communication with CXOs and technical directors to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term relationships
- Collaborate with partners to optimize solution delivery and generate new revenue streams
- Support the market development by identifying opportunities for growth and positioning solutions in key verticals
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in ICT infrastructure support and administration
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate at the senior leadership level, including CXOs and technical directors
- Deep understanding of IT strategy and the challenges CIOs face in the decision-making process
- Proficiency in HCI, Backup, Storage, Servers, and Disaster Recovery best practices and methodologies
- Solid experience in Datacom and network solutions, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and related technologies
- Experience in vertical markets, particularly in government and financial sectors
- Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies, including OpenStack, NFV, SDN, and network protocols
- Prior experience in managing tender requests and supporting the consultative sales process
- Excellent consultative solution selling and business development skills to align client needs with the right technical solutions
- Ability to balance strategic and tactical pursuits to achieve business goals and predictable revenue streams
