We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Service Manager and Project Manager in the ICT Solutions domain. These roles will focus on driving customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of projects
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and challenges, explore and expand business opportunities, and design service solutions tailored to meet customer needs
- Develop and execute project strategies, including bidding, negotiation, risk management, and delivery plans, ensuring successful contract fulfilment and deliverability
- Oversee maintenance projects, including planning, execution, team management, and ensuring network stability in alignment with regional assurance strategies
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling escalations, coordinating resources during incidents, and driving resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build high-performance service teams by aligning with customer strategies and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Approve and manage network change plans, monitor their implementation, and ensure results meet quality and compliance standards
- Communicate with key customer stakeholders, including senior executives, to present service value and enhance brand reputation
- Ensure timely revenue recognition and efficient resource utilization while meeting the business and operational targets of service and maintenance projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields, with a strong focus on ICT technologies
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service delivery or project management within the ICT industry
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in mid-to-senior-level customer engagement
- Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and on-call duties, as required by project demands
